GRAND PRIZE RAFFLE RULES
- LOS ANGELES LEATHER PRIDE 2014: Grand Prize Drawing. Net Proceeds after expenses go to designated charities.
- No Donation required. Any funds received are voluntary contributions to charity.
- The Holder of the Grand Prize winning ticket will receive the Grand Prize package, a custom-built set of motorcycle leathers (jacket and pants) from 665 leathers valued at $3,500 retail. Additional prizes may be added at the discretion of LALP 2014 Steering Committee. LALC and LALP 2014 reserve the right to substitute prizes for any reason if deemed necessary.
- Drawing(s) will be held the evening of the Mr. Los Angeles Leather 2014 contest.
- Winners need not be present to win, provided legible contact information is provided at time of purchase of ticket. If such contact information cannot be read, or if a winner fails to claim prize within 48 hours after being contacted, prize may be forfeited and awarded to next winner.
- Prizes are provided by independent third parties and LALP 2014 and LALC cannot be held responsible for any negligent acts or omissions by such third parties.
- Members of the LALC Board, LA Leather Pride 2014 Producers, and their partners/immediate family not eligible for prizes.
- LALC and LALP 2014 intend that this raffle be created, administered, sponsored, promoted and operated in all respects in strict compliance with all federal, state, local and foreign laws.
